How are you doing today? I hope the Universe is bringing you everything you want in the most satisfying ways possible.
Sometimes, it just isn’t though, and if you’re into the Law of Attraction, you’ll know that you’re supposed to focus on what you want, not what you don’t want. Well that’s easy to say isn’t it? But not so easy to do in practice.
WARNING: This post may not be quite what you think it is from the title!
I hope this short video helps you to begin to deal with any negative aspects of your life right now and find more peace of mind everyday. In this video I refer to the book ‘The Space Within: Finding Your Way Back Home‘ by Michael Neill, which I’ve only recently come across, but it has had a huge impact on my understanding and deepened my wellbeing.
Please share this post with anyone you think might benefit from it and as always, love and gratitude,
During a recent session with one of my clients, I noticed some of the words she was using were quite disempowering. I hadn’t realised that not everybody knows how language can be perceived and how important it is; the language we use not only when we’re talking to other people but also to ourselves. So I thought I’d put together a little guide for you on the importance of the words we use and what a difference they can make.
In this video I share a really quick tip for “goosing up” your energy so that you feel happier, more frisky and ready to take on your to-do list. You can do it anytime, anywhere, or you can create a notebook and make it part of your daily routine.
Have a watch and let me know if you try it out 🙂
So, what did you think? I hope my video has given you a different perspective – if it has helped, please share 🙂
Oh yes, and here’s the link I promised, to find out more about Abraham Hicks – remember, it’s a bit whacky, but if you like whacky it might be right up your street! I also highly recommend that you search for Abraham Hicks on YouTube, as there are tons of videos for you to tune into.
Let me know if you decide to check it out – I love my daily dose of Abe!
One morning, I was getting ready to go to a training day in the next town over. I was feeling really pleased with myself because I was going to be on time, maybe even a little early for the start of the training.
I thought it would be useful to share my recent post to my private Facebook group where I share tips with my clients. The post is all about how I managed to procrastinate about something all day until I remembered my nifty way of getting myself moving.
It’s amazing how things come together sometimes, don’t you think? Towards the beginning of 2015 I read a book called The Desire Map by Danielle La Porte. The book is about how and why the conventional way of setting goals may not work for you and provides a compelling alternative.
Did you ever wish you had more time, energy and enthusiasm in the mornings? Have you tried (in vain) to not become a screaming harridan every morning as you struggle to wrangle the kids out the door? Ever wished mornings could be a bit happier and calmer?
