I recently decided to change things up a bit with my monthly Feel Good Mail. I wanted to offer the most value possible by emailing a bit more frequently and making sure I’m sending out content that you want to see.

As you can see, the number one kind of content you want is ‘quick and easy tips’ – not surprising when we’re all so busy these days! The topics you most want to see covered are ‘happiness’, ‘self-love’ and ‘letting go of ancient baggage’.
I also asked a couple of questions with free-flow text answers, to really allow you to have your say:
